Book Your Appointment First
The Philippine Embassy in Singapore operates an online appointment system. Walk-ins are not accepted, so you must book your slot at DFA.gov.ph before heading in.
What to Bring
- Current passport (original + photocopy of data page)
- Completed application form (available online or at the embassy)
- Valid ID with Singapore address
- Passport photos (4.5cm x 3.5cm, white background)
- Payment: SGD equivalent of PHP 950 for regular, PHP 1,200 for express
Processing Time
- Regular: approximately 8–10 weeks
- Express (DFA Courtesy Lane): approximately 2–3 weeks
