Renewing your Philippine passport while living in Singapore doesn't have to be stressful. Here's what you need to know.

Book Your Appointment First

The Philippine Embassy in Singapore operates an online appointment system. Walk-ins are not accepted, so you must book your slot at DFA.gov.ph before heading in.

What to Bring

  • Current passport (original + photocopy of data page)
  • Completed application form (available online or at the embassy)
  • Valid ID with Singapore address
  • Passport photos (4.5cm x 3.5cm, white background)
  • Payment: SGD equivalent of PHP 950 for regular, PHP 1,200 for express

Processing Time

  • Regular: approximately 8–10 weeks
  • Express (DFA Courtesy Lane): approximately 2–3 weeks

Consular Outreach Events

The embassy regularly holds outreach events in different parts of Singapore. Check SingaporePC.dfa.gov.ph for upcoming schedules.
