About
Justin Marcelo covers the policy beat for filipinos.sg — Employment Pass thresholds, Work Permit rules, ICA and IRAS changes, and the Philippine Embassy and Migrant Workers Office in Lucky Plaza.
He reads every MOM Budget statement, DMW circular and PhilHealth update so kababayan in Singapore do not have to. His work focuses on translating dense policy into checklists you can actually act on.
Justin has been with filipinos.sg since 2019 and is based in the East.
