How to read the dots
- Green, yes means the provider names the Philippines in writing.
- Amber, limited means it is included, but capped or only in a smaller bucket.
- Grey, not confirmed means we could not confirm it either way. Ask the provider before you port.
- Red, no means the Philippines is excluded at this price, and usually needs a higher tier.
Calls to the Philippines (IDD) and roaming in the Philippines are different things. IDD lets you ring a Philippine number from Singapore. Roaming keeps your SIM working while you are standing in Manila. A plan can give you one and not the other.
Telco-checked or unconfirmed
Telco-checked (✓)means someone read the figures on the telco's own site. Unconfirmed (?) means a comparison site lists them and nobody has confirmed them with the telco yet. We never show an unconfirmed answer as a yes.
Closed in 2026: ignore old lists
- redONE stopped operating on 30 June 2026. Customers migrated to eight.
- Changi Mobile stopped operating on 28 February 2026. Lines migrated to Maxx.
Comparisons still ranking these are out of date. SIMBA also did not buy M1. That deal lapsed on 21 May 2026, so Singapore still has four network operators.
Before you sign up
- A promo price is not the price. Work out what you pay in month thirteen, because that is the number you live with.
- Free roaming rarely means the Philippines. Most bundles cover Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. Read the destination list rather than trusting the word Asia.
- Screenshot the plan page on signup day, including the roaming and IDD list. If the telco changes its terms later, that is the only record you will have.
Telcos change promos often. Treat this page as your shortlist and confirm on the provider's own site before you commit. We re-check these figures and the date above shows the last pass.
