Filipino events in Singapore this September 2026 include the Philippine Country Fair at *SCAPE, OPM concerts nearly every weekend, and Alex Eala at the Singapore Tennis Open. The full lineup below comes from the Philippine Embassy's community newsletter, kababayans.

The big one: 2026 Philippine Country Fair

On Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September, Playspace @ SCAPE on Orchard turns into a small Philippines. Expect a jobs and opportunities fair, business and franchising booths, travel and tourism, community services and a full concert stage, all inside an air-conditioned tent.

Saturday is "Sabado Night": a band showdown, Zumba with SB Izzy, Filipino food, and a meet and greet with the Elias J.TV Band and Donekla Duo from 5PM.

Sunday runs the fair proper, with a fashion show and a 90s dance set, and closes with the Elias J.TV Band & Donekla concert from 3PM.

Fair entry is free. The Sunday concert is ticketed, and proceeds support an indigenous tribe in Pampanga, funding livelihood programs, education and cultural preservation.

The OWWA Serbisyo Caravan runs both days, bringing ten Philippine government agencies to *SCAPE: OWWA, SSS, Pag-IBIG, LTO, DSWD, TESDA, PAO, LandBank, MWO Singapore and DMW-NRCO.

Cheer for Alex Eala

Filipina tennis star Alex Eala competes at the Singapore Tennis Open, a WTA 500 event, at OCBC Arena from 21 to 27 September. Watch her live instead of on a stream at 3AM.

Comedy, culture and community

• Alex Calleja and the Comedy Crew bring the laughs to Alliance Française de Singapour, 19 September.
• Sunday Sayawan Vol. 6 turns the rooftop of 64C Boat Quay into a dance floor on 30 August, courtesy of Sunday.Sayawan and Secret Pals.
• AIDHA's Unspoken Life Photography Exhibition, at Objectifs from 4 to 6 September, gives migrant women a platform to tell their own stories through the lens.
• The 2026 Presidential Filipinovation Awards, run by the National Innovation Council, hold their national pitching round and awarding ceremony on 2 and 3 September, recognizing Filipino innovation wherever it's built.

For the paperwork side of things

BOC Connect Singapore 2026 runs on 30 August at Novotel Singapore on Stevens. The Bureau of Customs' Balikbayan Action Centre meets Filipino community leaders to strengthen balikbayan box services for overseas Filipinos.
