OWWA, SSS, Pag-IBIG, LTO and six more agencies are setting up desks at *SCAPE on 12 and 13 September. Here is what to bring and what you get out of going.
The Philippine Country Fair 2026 in Singapore runs on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September at Playspace @ SCAPE on Orchard Road. Ten Philippine government agencies, a jobs and franchise fair and two nights of OPM sit under one air-conditioned roof.

Ten government agencies, one room, no flight home
The OWWA Caravan is the strongest reason to go. Ten agencies are sending desks to *SCAPE:

DMW-NRCO (National Reintegration Center for OFWs)

SSS (Social Security System)
Pag-IBIG Fund

An SSS query, an old Pag-IBIG account, an LTO licence question, a TESDA course: you can walk between all of them in one afternoon.
Bring your documents. The advisory asks guests who plan to transact to carry valid ID, government-issued IDs, supporting documents and any account or membership numbers the agency needs.
Each agency sets its own services, requirements, eligibility and processing. The organiser does not decide or guarantee any approval, so treat the caravan as access, not a guaranteed outcome.
The whole thing is air-conditioned
Everything, from government desks and food stalls to the main stage, sits inside an enclosed, climate-controlled tent. Good news if you bring lolo, a toddler or both.

Saturday 12 September is Sabado Night: a band showdown, Zumba with SB Izzy, Filipino food, and a Meet & Greet with the Elias J.TV Band and Donekla Duo from 5PM.
Sunday 13 September is the Fair proper, with a fashion show and a 90s dance set with Wowie and Donnalyn. It closes with the Elias J.TV Band & Donekla Comedy Duo: SG Invasion concert from 3PM onwards.
Entry to the fair floor is free. The Sunday concert is ticketed, per the Philippine Embassy community newsletter.
Concert proceeds fund livelihood, education and cultural preservation programmes for an indigenous tribe in Pampanga.
Getting there without the stress
*SCAPE sits at 2 Orchard Link, Singapore 237978, a walk from Somerset MRT on the North-South Line. Dhoby Ghaut works too, on the North-South, North-East and Circle Lines.
The organiser asks guests to take public transport, above all on Sunday. Orchard parking is limited and priced by car park, so if you drive, leave early.

What the organiser has put in place
Medical volunteers on site, including a licensed nurse on standby, with a first-aid point outside the venue
Security personnel and event marshals handling entry and exit, crowds, lost and found, and incidents
Public liability insurance covering the event
Marked emergency exits and evacuation routes
If a child gets separated from you, go to the nearest security officer, event marshal, registration counter or the Event Operations Team.
Keep your phone, wallet and bag on you. Photography, videography and media coverage run both days, so you may appear in official photos, livestreams or promotional material.

What should I bring if I want to transact with an agency?+
Valid identification, government-issued IDs, any supporting documents for your case, and the account or membership numbers the agency will ask for, such as your SSS or Pag-IBIG number. Turning up without them means turning up twice.
