None of the remittance counters at Lucky Plaza posts its SGD to PHP rate online, so you only see today's rate at the counter board.
That makes the apps your yardstick. For S$500 on 27 October 2026, Wise delivered ₱24,830, Instarem ₱24,787 and HSBC ₱24,597, according to our rates page.
Ask the counter how many pesos your family receives for the same S$500, fees included. If it comes in under the apps, you pay extra for the cash counter.

How to compare
Open our rates page and note what the apps pay for your amount.
At the counter, ask for the pesos received after fees, not only the rate.
Ask how long the money takes to reach the bank, e-wallet or pick-up point.
Keep your receipt until your family confirms the money arrived.
